Bedandbreakfastscotland Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to review terms & conditions periodically to check any such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of amendments.Material within this site may not be used in any way except for your own personal agreed use. You agree that if you do not wish to use a Standing Order or cancel this method of payment if paying by cheque or do not wish to use a Renewable agreement or cancel this method of payment if paying by Credit Card to collect subsequent payments you will either Pay whole amount due now for the whole term or pay a small administration fee of £5.00 for each manual collection, and understand that a further £25.00 will be payable for payments more than one month late.
If you cancel any two or three year plan early you will have to pay the difference between the relevant annual price plans and pay a small administration fee of £10.00 to cover the extra work this involves.
Bedandbreakfastscotland Limited refund policy states refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid or illegal due to the laws of any Country in which they are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deleted from this clause while the remaining terms and conditions shall still remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising from this site shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
If you do not agree fully to these Terms and Conditions you must leave this site immediately.
Any bed and breakfast registered within our site without internet access will be notified of any changes likely to drastically alter their web site listing by post.
